I am a happily married woman of 30+ years and mother to 3 beautiful men and the absolute coolest nana to our cheeky and only granddaughter.
I have an extensive work history and background in the Housing and Tenancy Services Department with the Wellington City Council and lived on-site in Wellington's first Supervised Housing Complex in Abel Smith St, Wellington for 15 years along with my husband who was also working within the department as a Supervisor.
I then started my career at the Dominion Post and Wellington Newspapers Ltd as a Team Leader in the Advertising Dept and later as an Assistant Manager in the Customer Contact Centre. After 12 years I was headhunted to take on a newly appointed General Manager's position in the Hospitality Industry. We later found ourselves living in Sydney for a number of years to support our youngest son towards achieving his NRL goals and returned to New Zealand in 2016 to be closer to family and give back to our community.
These experiences have essentially enabled me to adapt and implement professional systems and services into the area of property management; but more importantly an intuitive understanding and the ability to communicate and deal efficiently with both property investors and tenants alike.
